From the Owner’s experience comes a special project where the protagonist is the Colatura di alici di Cetara in a Special Edition that represents the essence of craftsmanship.
The refined jar contains all the vigor of the sea, the vitality of the creatures that inhabit it and the patient work of the fishermen.
A ceramic casing, made by the skilled hands of local ceramists, is the guardian of the precious colatura that comes from the experience and mastery of the artisans of Cetara, an ancient knowledge that continues to be handed down over time.
The processing of ceramics and the pouring of anchovies are two symbols of the culinary tradition of Cetara which, in this Special Edition, complement each other in an immersive experience that transports us with the senses to the small coastal village.
The jar of Colatura di Alici in Special Edition stands out on the tables of the best restaurants in the world and has been awarded at the Penta Awards 2019, the World Food Innovation Awards 2019 and The Wine Hunter Award 2019.
