The roster of bartenders of the Salerno American bar Emanuel Cafe has ventured into the search for new alchemical formulas to make pre-batched cocktails.
A job diametrically opposed to the nature and function of bartenders who show off their skills live and face to face with the customer in the preparation of blends.
The Emanuel Cafe team has captured this phenomenon as an opportunity and not as a threat, thinking of new drinking experiences: continuing to drink cocktails at home, in a hotel room, on a boat, anywhere and, especially in the absence of a bar or bartender.
It can also be served by the most virtuous bartenders as a liqueur, because a pre-batched cocktail has a fundamental secret ingredient that differentiates it from the classics: the fermentation and refining time.
Negroni
Manhattan – Boulevardier
We designed the labels for the Negroni, the Manhattan and the Boulevardier imagining a finished and exhaustive appearance that, on the shelf of a wine shop, can have what it takes to communicate autonomously. To convey the artisanal aspect as well, we have left a space on the back of the label to number the bottles and manually enter the batch. The illustrations are inspired by fairy tales and fantasy worlds in which mythological animals, devils and snakes have been enchanted by the intake of esoteric potions prepared by chosen sorcerer alchemists embodied by modern bartenders.
